Allergy Free Sales & Dispatch

All online Allergy Free orders are normally dispatched via parcel post within two days of the placement of your order. Please note, there may be some short delays during the January holiday period.
Shipment Information & Charges
Freight charges are based on the order weight and will be automatically calculated and displayed before your order is finalised. All New Zealand based orders will normally be received within two days of dispatch (please allow another two days for rural deliveries). Courier delivery is also available at an extra cost. Please indicate on your order form if you prefer delivery by courier and the additional cost will be calculated for you.
Order Tracking
Once you have placed your order with Allergy Free you will see displayed on screen an order confirmation which can then be printed. At the top of this page is an order confirmation number, this should be noted down for future reference.
To track your order please click on the orders button at the top right of any page. The next page shows a text box called order number where you can enter the order confirmation number noted above. You should then click on the update button, the current status of your order will then be displayed on screen.
Returns Policy
If for any reason your product does not meet your requirements Allergy Free will be pleased to offer a full refund under its seven day returns policy. Please just email our customer services team at sales@allergyfree.co.nz within seven days of receipt of your order to request a credit and we will reply to organise the return of product and the issuing of the appropriate refund.
Note: All returns are at the customers cost and must be in good working condition with any product seals and/or packaging unbroken or resealable.
